Garden & Home Plants for Use in Preserves | BEWARE

Everybody likes jam also called preserves. Many plants can be turned into jams but care is always needed. Many plants are classed as edible and if you think about it it is probably true to say that the vast majority will not poison you (take a look at all the cows, sheep and other herbivores) they would not be considered palatable. I cannot vouch for the safety of any plant in terms of eating and that's why I say BEWARE. The list below suggest that the plants can be used as preserves or jams.
