The Tulip 'Estella Rijnveld', ' Tulipa parrot', a fall planted bulb, is an exotic, ruffled Parrot Tulip with red and white splashes of color. Parrot tulips are wonderfully colored, with deeply fringed, frilled and wavy petals. These tulips bloom on strong stems amid striking green foliage. Parrot Tulips are well-known for their unusual feather-like flowers.They are particularly sensitive to poor weather conditions and should be planted in protected areas.
